Mubasher: Ras Al Khaimah Cement Company (RAK Cement) said on Monday that were no events, financial information, or critical news that was not disclosed to the market.
In a disclosure addressing the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), RAK Cement explained that the announcement comes with reference to a correspondence dated 13 June about the increase in the company’s share price.
Furthermore, the company assured the adherence of its Board of Directors, Executive Administration, and employees to the instructions, regulations, and guidelines, and best practices in disclosures to maintain transparency.
