Kuwait – Mubasher: Qurain Petrochemical Industries said that the number of shares included in the acquisition of Napesco totalled 2.74 million representing 4.76% of the overall issued shares.
This percentage has been posted during the period of purchasing the shares which started on 4 August until 4 September, according to a bourse statement.
The financial impact from the takeover deal will be determined once official approvals are granted.
