Riyadh - Mubasher: Qomel Company has signed two contracts worth a combined SAR 214.26 million with the National Unified Procurement Company for Medicines, Medical Devices, and Supplies (NUPCO).
The deals cover the supply of medicines on demand and service-related activities for NUPCO, according to a bourse filing.
Valued at SAR 111.31 million, the first agreement hold a tenor of 1,033 days. Meanwhile, the second contract stands at SAR 102.95 million and will run for 816 days.
Qomel Company expects the financial impact of the agreements to be reflected positively in its financial statements starting from the second half (H2) of 2026.
Earlier in June, Qomel Company announced a reconstitution of its Audit Committee following the resignation of a committee member and the appointment of a replacement to serve the remainder of the current term.
