Riyadh – Mubasher: Qassim Cement Company has completed its acquisition of a 100% stake in A-Mix Company, resulting in the full transfer of ownership to the company.
The finalization of the deal follows the signing of the share purchase agreement on 9 September 2026 and subsequent regulatory clearance.
The General Authority for Competition issued a non-objection certificate regarding the economic concentration resulting from the transaction on 7 October 2026.
With the conclusion of the transfer, A-Mix Company has officially become a wholly owned subsidiary of Qassim Cement.
The company confirmed that there has been no change to the financial consideration for the transaction previously disclosed.
This final step concludes the process initiated in September to integrate the ready-mix concrete provider into Qassim Cement's operations.
