Riyadh – Mubasher: Qassim Cement Company issued a follow-up disclosure regarding its share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of I-Mix Ready Mix Concrete, a closed joint-stock company.
The announcement identifies the selling parties involved in the transaction originally disclosed on 9 September 2026.
The sellers consist of 16 individual shareholders who collectively own the entire share capital of I-Mix.
The list of natural persons includes Ashwaq Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Al Mohannad Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Al Hanouf Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Al Waleed Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Anfal Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Bandar Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Rayan Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Remaz Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Sultan Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Sultana Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Saleh Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Fawzia Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Faisal Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Majd Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, Moath Abdullah Salem Al Harbi, and Wadha Hadi Saja Al Harbi.
Qassim Cement confirmed that this supplementary disclosure is limited to identifying the selling parties and does not result in any change to the costs associated with the event.
There is no additional financial impact beyond what was previously reported. All other information from the initial announcement remains unchanged.
