Riyadh-Mubasher: Qassim Agriculture Co. said the board accepted on Tuesday the resignation of non-executive board member Bashar Al Kerea, to be effective from the acceptance date.
The resignation came in line with the decision of the extraordinary general meeting to reduce the number of board members to six, the company said in a bourse statement.
