Mubasher: Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance (QGRI) on Thursday announced that it has completed all required procedures related to granting 0,2% of its shares in Trust Investment Holding Algeria's share capital to its CEO Fatiha Khellal.
QGRI also said that it has granted all the shareholders of Trust Investment Holding Algeria 1% of their shareholding in this company to the benefit of Fatiha Khellal.
Accordingly, QGRI’s ownership in the share capital of Trust Investment Holding Algeria amounted to 19.8%.
By the end of Wednesday’s session, QGRI’s stock declined 1.11% at QAR 44.56.
