Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Q Holding has named Jassem Mohamed Bu Ataba Alzaabi as the Chairman of the board, according to a bourse disclosure.
Abdulla bin Mohammed Butti Al Hamed and Abdulla Abdulhameed Alsahi were appointed as the Vice Chairman and Group Managing Director, respectively.
Meanwhile, Bill Anthony O'Regan became the Group CEO, succeeding Majed Fuad Mohammad Odeh who submitted his resignation from the position.
The ADX-listed firm made the announcements during the board meeting that was held on 5 January.
Earlier this month, Q Holding’s real estate developer and subsidiary Q Properties rolled out an AED 61.96 million design and construction agreement.
