UAE – Mubasher: PwC Middle East, a leading professional services provider, has inked an asset purchase agreement to acquire Tyconz’s enterprise business application operations.
A leading SAP gold partner, Tyconz has a long experience in the SAP domain, including licensing and products, with offices in Riyadh, Dubai, Beirut, Cairo, and Kuwait, according to a press release on Monday.
By acquiring Tyconz’s business application operations, PwC will expand its services in the field of technology and digital consultancy.
With the addition of more than 150 bilingual experts to its existing technology consulting business, PwC will improve its digital transformation capabilities across digital enablement, data analytics, mobile solutions, and user experience management.
The Middle East Senior Partner at PwC Middle East, Hani Ashkar, said: "The region is currently undergoing accelerated transformation, as we transition more towards a digital economy."
