Riyadh – Mubasher: Professional Medical Expertise Company (ProMedEx) has issued a corrective statement regarding its latest Sharia-compliant credit facilities agreement with Bank Ajazira at an aggregate credit limit of SAR 50 million.
ProMedEx stated that the facility is structured as revolving credit without a fixed expiration date, subject to annual review and a maximum duration of 240 days per transaction.
To secure the financing, the listed medical company issued a promissory note valued at SAR 55 million and obtained a corporate guarantee from Al Omran Holding Company.
While the facility documents are dated 21 September 2026, the finalization of all necessary signatures and documentation was completed on 5 October 2026.
