Privatization Holding’s losses down 83% in 2019

Mubasher: The net loss of Privatization Holding narrowed by 83.13% during the fiscal year (FY) 2019 to stand at KWD 676,532 from KWD 4 million in 2018.

The drop in the annual loss is ascribed to an increase in revenues from sales and services, a higher share of results from associates, and dividend income, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

Over the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2019, the losses halved to KWD 481,148 when compared to KWD 965,727 in the corresponding period in the year before.
