Cairo – Mubasher: Porto Dead Sea Co, a subsidiary of Porto Group Holding, has signed an adjusted appendix for the signed agreement with Jordan Free and Development Zones Group.
As per the agreement, plots of land witnessing the construction work will be registered and their cost will be paid off by the developer, Porto Group said in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.
The adjusted appendix will ease the registration of the units, the company added.
It is worth noting that Porto Group is executing Porto Dead Sea project, which will feature full-fledged facilities for family tourism, including 1,000 hotel apartments, and several international restaurants and cafes.
The company has laid the cornerstone of Porto Dead Sea in 2014 at a cost of JOD 800 million.
On 15 April 2018, Porto Dead Sea Co announced that it has begun the delivery of the project in Amman, Jordan.
