Mubasher: Phoenix Power Co. said shareholders registered with the Muscat Clearing and Depository Company as on 23 January 2017 will be entitled to receive annual dividends, according to a bourse statement.
Shareholders approved cash dividends of 4.7 baizas per share, out of the retained earnings as per the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2015.
