Mubasher: Osoul Investment has purchased about 428,780 shares in Osos Holding Group Co for a total of KWD 36,640 on Wednesday, 18 July.
Osoul bought this equity through Osos’ chairman who represents Osoul in the board of directors, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
Osos clarified that Osoul has purchased 935 shares for an average of 84.5 fils each, and 159,640 shares for 85 fils each, and 268,203 for 86 fils each.
It is noteworthy that Osos has a capital of KWD 10 million distributed on 100 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
At the stock level, Osos closed Thursday’s session 1.30% lower at 91 fils.
