Cairo – Mubasher: A special deal worth EGP 40.5 million was executed through the large-scale transactions mechanism on the shares of Orascom Development Egypt, the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced on Wednesday.
The deal was made over 17.018 million shares in Orascom Development, according to the bourse's statement on Wednesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first nine months of 2019, the company's net profits surged by 83% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 501.2 million from EGP 274.06 million in the corresponding period of 2018.
