Mubasher: Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company (Ooredoo Oman) announced on Wednesday that its board of directors recommended cash dividends at 62.5% of the net profit of 2015, equivalent to 40 baisas per share.
The board also approved the 2015 financial statements.
The Muscat-listed company set 29 March for its general meeting that will discuss the board’s proposal.
The company’s general meeting adopted the distribution of 38% cash dividends, 38 Baisas per share, for the fiscal year 2014.
