Mubasher: Producer price index (PPI) in Oman rose by 17.7% in the second quarter of 2018, as shown by the data of the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI).
The increase in producer prices is mainly attributed to a surge in oil and gas prices by 20.6%, with non-oil products prices rising by 5.5%, Oman News Agency (ONA) reports.
Refined oil products prices grew by 39% while crude oil and natural gas price went up by 17.9%.
