Riyadh – Mubasher: The surplus of oil in the market has fallen to 37 million barrels in November, Saudi Arabia’s governor at the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) said.

The oil surplus has declined from 340 million barrels in January 2017, Reuters reported, citing the top official as saying at an OAPEC press conference in Kuwait.

OAPEC held its 101st meeting in Kuwait on Sunday, chaired by UAE minister of energy and industry Suhail Al-Mazroui.

The OAPEC board discussed the organisation’s budget for 2019, according to the Kuwaiti oil ministry.
