Cairo – Mubasher: Odin Investments has lowered its stake in the capital of Emerald Development & Projects Management to 49.53% from 50%.
To decrease its stake to 49.81% from 50%, Odin has sold 830,000 shares in Emerald at a total value of EGP 1.66 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Following this transaction, Odin has sold additional 1.17 million shares in Emerald in exchange for EGP 2.36 million to lower its stake to 49.53% from 49.81%.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2021, the company's net profits increased to EGP 12.88 million from EGP 7.89 million in the year-ago period.
