Cairo - Mubasher: Palm Hills Developments is expecting to launch sales the first phase of the October Oasis project in the first half of 2018, according to the company’s chairman and managing director, Yassin Mansour.
The project is carried out through a partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA). It spans across 3,000 feddans, with investments totalling EGP 150 billion.
Located in 6th of October City, its 40,000 units will house 200,000 residents.
Egyptian real sector will continue to grow with the government planning a number of new cities, Mansour added, according to a statement issued on Tuesday.
Mansour also noted that the sector provides thousands of work opportunities, and it stimulates tens of supportive industries.
Projects such as the New Administrative Capital, New Alamain, and New Mansoure, will help achieve a new leap forward for the whole country, he added.
