Noor’s subsidiary inks sale deal in technology sector

Mubasher: Noor Financial Investment announced that a 49.11%-owned subsidiary has signed a contract to sell an equity of 98.1% in one of its subsidiaries in the technology segment.

The sale contract is worth KWD 681,000 and will not have a financial impact on Noor’s income statements, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Noor clarified that this sale deal will be registered in the financials of the second quarter of 2018.

At the stock level, Noor closed Wednesday’s session 3.21% higher at 48.3 fils after 3.45 million shares were exchanged.
