Cairo – Mubasher: NextMove Egypt, a major real estate exhibition powered by Cityscape Egypt, is set to be held between 18 and 20 October at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre (EIEC) in Cairo.
The major event will capitalise on the latest positive developments in the Egyptian real estate market, as consumer confidence is returning to the market, which encouraged developers to launch new projects, an official statement released on Thursday indicated.
A variety of real estate projects across Egypt will be showcased during the three-day event, providing visitors with a range of affordable real estate opportunities.
“Buyers are traditionally looking for [properties] in areas that are close to places of work, schools, retail, and hospitals; and…developers will be offering these types of properties to visitors with flexible payment plans and affordable prices,” Cityscape’s group director Chris Speller said.
