Mubasher: Omani National Gas Company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) agreed yesterday to distribute cash dividends at 12.5% of the capital (12.5 Baisas per share) and 1-for-10 bonus shares (10% of the capital) for the fiscal year 2015, according to a bourse filing.
The last dividends distribution by the company was at 20% of the share’s par value for the fiscal year 2013.
The company is capitalised at OMR 5 million ($12.99 million) distributed across 50 million shares with a nominal value of OMR 0.1 ($0.26).
The stock hit its lowest level in today’s early trade after falling to OMR 0.287 ($0.75).
