Mubasher: National Finance said Wednesday that it has written to Oman ORIX Leasing SAOG to explore the possibility of strategic collaboration between the two organisations.
In case of these discussions led to any specific ideas, these will be subject to both institutions agreeing on the terms and subsequent board of directors, shareholders and regulatory approvals as required, according to a bourse filing.
