Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of National Building and Marketing Company has issued a resolution dated 21 June 2026 to restructure the board, according to a bourse filing.
Mohammed Iqbal Radwan Daboul was appointed as Chairman, while Muayyad Ibrahim Al Mazrou was named as Vice Chairman.
The two appointments are effective from the date of the decision until the end of the current board term on 6 March 2028, according to a bourse filing.
The new board composition includes Mishal Abdulrahman Al Aqla as a board member and CEO, Abdullah Mutlaq Al Shaia as an independent non-executive member, and Saleh Abdulrahman Al Mahasin as an independent non-executive member.
Daboul holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Ohio University in the United States.
He is a co-founder and partner of the German Saudi Industrial Company and currently serves as Chairman of National Building and Marketing.
He also holds board positions at Ithra Holding Company, Arab Petroleum Pipelines Company (SUMED), and Arabian Cement Co.
Earlier in June, the shareholders of National Building approved 2025 financials, auditor appointments, and related-party contracts.
