Riyadh — Mubasher: Naseej for Technology Company reported a significant increase in net profit for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026, with earnings reaching SAR 2.27 million.
The positive results represented a 1,914.92% surge compared to the SAR 112,729 recorded during the same period in 2025.
The company attributed the sharp rise in profitability to enhanced project execution performance and improved operating profit margins, according to a bourse filing.
Revenue for the first half (H1) of 2026 remained relatively stable at SAR 99.48 million, a marginal decrease of -0.70% from the SAR 100.18 million in H1-25.
Naseej for Technology noted that this slight decline was primarily due to the timing of revenue recognition, which is expected to be reflected in subsequent reporting periods.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the period rose to SAR 0.30 from SAR 0.02 in H1-25.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, grew by 3.11% to SAR 138.09 million, compared to SAR 133.93 million in H1-25.
It is worth noting that the company’s external auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the interim financial statements.
