Riyadh — Mubasher: Nama Chemicals Company announced its inability to publish interim financial results for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026 within the specified regulatory timeframe, according to a bourse disclosure.
The company attributed the delay to the incomplete audit of consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2025, as well as the interim results for the first quarter (Q1) which ended on 31 March 2026.
Nama Chemicals is currently in the process of appointing an external auditor through a general assembly meeting to review the remaining quarters of 2026 and Q1-27.
Trading of the company’s shares has been suspended since 30 April 2026 in accordance with listing rules.
Nama Chemicals stated it is working closely with relevant parties to resolve operational and financial challenges to ensure business continuity.
The company committed to providing monthly updates on its progress and will disclose the financial statements immediately upon approval and completion of the audit process.
