Riyadh – Mubasher: Najran Cement Company decided to distribute cash dividends worth a total of SAR 127.5 million for 170 million eligible shares for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The company will pay SAR 0.75 per share, which represents 7.5% of the share’s par value, to the entitled shareholders, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Najran Cement has set the eligibility date as 3 October, while the distribution date will be announced later.
The company posted net profits worth SAR 93.45 million in H1-21.
