Nahdi Medical clarifies quarterly profit decline amid healthcare expansion

Riyadh — Mubasher: Nahdi Medical Company issued a clarification regarding its financial results for the period ending on 30 June 2026, detailing the factors behind its sequential performance decline.

The company reported a net profit of SAR 215.20 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, representing an 8.70% decrease compared to the SAR 235.70 million recorded in the previous quarter.

Management attributed this SAR 20.50 million reduction primarily to ongoing strategic investments aimed at driving sales growth and expanding the company's footprint in the healthcare sector and e-commerce platforms.

Quarterly revenue reached SAR 2.67 billion, a decline of 4.30%, or SAR 120.20 million from the SAR 2.79 billion achieved in Q1-26. The company noted that the sales contraction was largely due to the first quarter benefiting from seasonal factors that did not carry over into the subsequent period.

This disclosure follows the initial financial results announcement made on July 29. Nahdi Medical confirmed that these additional clarifications carry no further financial impact beyond the figures previously reported.
