Riyadh — Mubasher: Naba Alsaha Medical Services Company logged a net profit of SAR 15.23 million in the first half (H1) of 2026.
The earnings represented a 7.16% increase from the SAR 14.21 million recorded in H1-25, according to a bourse filing.
The medical provider attributed the growth to a rise in patient numbers across outpatient clinics, inpatient departments, and pharmacy sales.
Revenue reached SAR 102.43 million in H1-26, rising by 4.42% from SAR 98.09 million in H1-25. This growth was supported by increased demand for medical services and improved operational efficiency, which allowed revenue growth to outpace expenses.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the period rose to SAR 0.73, compared to SAR 0.68 in H1-25.
Naba Alsaha noted that its capital was increased by SAR 105 million on 4 June 2026 through a bonus share issue.
Consequently, earnings per share figures for both the current and comparative periods were retroactively adjusted to reflect this change.
Total shareholders’ equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 238.08 million in H1-26, reflecting a 12.99% increase from SAR 210.72 million in H1-25.
