NMDC teams up with ADNOC for AED 30bn project

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC), a fully-owned subsidiary of National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC), inked a contract with ADNOC for the Hail and Ghasha Offshore Development project.

The project scope comprises the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of four drilling centres and one processing plant to be built on artificial islands, according to a bourse statement.

It also includes several offshore structures and over 300 kilo metre (km) of subsea pipelines.

The total value of the project, which is expected to be completed during 2028, stands at AED 30 billion.

Last June, ADNOC awarded NPCC a $162.31 million contract for installing seven jackets.

In the first half (H1) of 2023, the listed group posted net profits attributable to the shareholder valued at AED 880.17 million, an annual hike from AED 403.08 million.
