Dubai – Mubasher: National International Holding (NIH) on Monday announced that it has acquired 185,000 shares of Coast Investment and Development Company, representing 29.59% of the company’s share capital.
The transaction’s total cost amounted to KWD 6.29 million, or 34 fils per share, according to a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
The new investment will be classified as investment in associate.
