NCLE starts trading on Tadawul Sunday

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced that National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) will begin trading its shares on Sunday 18 November, on the bourse.

The stock was listed on Tadawul under the symbol 4291, with a 10% daily price fluctuation limit per share, according to the bourse’s statement.

NCLE’s offering is the second listing on the Saudi bourse this year after Leejam Sports, bringing the total number of listed firms to 174.

NCLE’s capital amounts to SAR 430 million divided into 43 million shares.

Mohammed Ibrahim Ali Al-Khudair is the major shareholder with a 49.11% stake.

The company will allocate 11.7 million shares, or 90% of the total floated shares, to institutional investors, while the remaining 1.3 million shares, or 10% of total shares, allocated to retail traders.

The Riyadh-based company builds and manages private schools and invests in the sports, entertainment and fitness centers sectors.

On Wednesday 14 November, Edaa announced that it has added the subscribed shares in NCLE.
