Cairo – Mubasher: Proceeds from ‘Aman El-Masreen’ certificate amounted to EGP 150 million now for 131,000 customers since it was issued early March, retail CEO of National Bank of Egypt (NBE) said.
The demand for buying this certificate is mounting, and is expected to grow over the coming period, Alaa Farouk told Mubasher in a phone call.
Former prime minister Sharif Ismail previously stated that the monthly instalment of Aman certificate for casual and temporary labourers will start from EGP 4 to the highest premium of up to EGP 20, on which customers will benefit from for five years or 10 years.
