The regions between which internal movement are restricted include Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra.

Exemptions to the movement ban apply to employees of vital sectors, chronic disease patients visiting hospitals and those involved in the transportation of necessary goods.

Residents are allowed to move within their region in line with the National Sterilisation Programme.

The programme timing are currently from 10pm-6am daily, during which movement restrictions are in place.

Abu Dhabi Police called on the public to adhere to the decision and to comply with the specified timings of the national sterilisation programme.
