Morabaha Marina Financing shifts to losses in H1-25; revenues up 20%

Riyadh – Mubasher: Morabaha Marina Financing Company reported net losses valued at SAR 216,090 in the first half (H1) of 2025, against net profits of SAR 8.55 million in H1-24.

Earnings per share (EPS) plummeted to SAR 0.02 at the end of June 2025 from SAR 0.16 in the year-ago period, according to the financial statements.

The revenues hiked by 19.96% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 106.81 million in H1-25 from SAR 89.04 million.

Financial Results of Q2

In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, Morabaha Marina Financing turned to net losses of SAR 2.89 million, compared to profits worth SAR 4.75 million in Q2-24.

Revenues jumped by 22.08% to SAR 54.01 million in Q2-25 from SAR 44.24 million a year earlier.

On a quarterly basis, the company also swung to losses in Q2-25 when compared to profits of SAR 2.67 million in Q1-25, while the revenue grew by 2.29% from SAR 52.80 million.
