Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Modon Holding has sold 378 units in Nawayef Village at a combined value of AED 2 billion, according to a press release.
Nawayef Village is the first townhouses on Hudayriyat Island, offering three and four-bedroom townhouses and five-bedroom twin villas inspired by the classic beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

The net profits of Modon Holding hiked to AED 9.38 billion in 2024 from AED 573.95 million in 2023, while the revenues surged by 637% to AED 6.51 billion from AED 882.39 million.
