Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Modon Holding has completed the sell-out of Bashayer, the first waterfront residential community on Hudayriyat Island, within one day of the launch.
The group registered AED 3 billion in sales amid exceptional demand, according to a press release.
This reflects the strength of Modon’s approach to shaping communities designed for integrated living.

The gated villa neighborhood comprises 157 villas, offering a clubhouse with a rooftop infinity pool, all set within an open green park that includes a children’s playground and multiple sports courts.
In July, Modon Holding attracted AED 5.50 billion in sales of the Wadeem project on Hudayriyat Island within 72 hours of launch, which offered more than 1,700 plots.
