Riyadh – Mubasher: Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) has logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 319 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, an annual jump of 41.15% from SAR 226 million.
During the January-March period in 2022, the revenues rose by 5.77% to SAR 3.81 billion from SAR 3.60 billion, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
Moreover, the earnings per share (EPS) settled to SAR 0.41 in the first three months (3M) of 2022, higher than SAR 0.29 during the same period a year earlier.
On a quarterly basis, the company’s revenues in Q1-22 declined by 2.20% from SAR 3.89 billion in Q4-21, while the net profits inched down by 0.62% from SAR 321 million.
In 2021, Mobily posted a 36.91% year-on-year (YoY) hike in net profits after Zakat and tax to SAR 1.07 billion, compared to SAR 783 million.
