Cairo – Mubasher: The financial indicators of Misr Hotels on Sunday showed a 6% year-on-year fall in profits for the first half of fiscal year 2017/2018.
Net profit amounted to EGP 88.6 million in the July-December 2017 period, compared to EGP 94.24 million in the prior-year period, the firm highlighted in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Revenues climbed to EGP 211.4 million in H1 o FY17/18 from EGP 46.49 million in the corresponding period last fiscal year.
Given that Misr Hotels achieved profits of EGP 37.6 million in the third quarter of 2017, against losses of EGP 2.7 million in Q3-16.
