Cairo - Mubasher: Minapharm Pharmaceuticals on Tuesday revealed it has acquired an additional stake of 15.76%, or 4,800 shares in its subsidiary Minapharm ProBioGen at a value of EGP 95 million.
Accordingly, Minapharm’ shareholding in Minapharm ProBioGen rose to 75.01% from 59.25%, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Minapharm previously posted a 53.05% hike in standalone profits for 2017, recording EGP 61.91 million, compared to EGP 40.45 million in 2016.
