Cairo – Mubasher: Technical movements signaled by Mubasher Trade Research indicate that the stock of Mena Touristic and Real Estate Investment opened its trading at EGP 4.66, where it found strong support at the lower boundary of the ascending channel coinciding with the support of the Exponential Moving Average (EMA).
This technical support was in line with the emergence of a positive divergence on the Relative Strength Index (RSI), which enhanced the upward momentum and pushed the stock toward testing the important resistance level at EGP 4.97.
According to Mubasher Trade Research, breaking and maintaining a position above this level is crucial for continuing the upward trend and targeting the next resistance at EGP 5.13, followed by EGP 5.60.
It is worth mentioning that the Mena stock has recently formed an upward trend that began at the bottom in June 2025 and is currently maintaining trading above it. On the other hand, the stop-loss level for the stock is a decline below EGP 4.60.
Technical Analysis
The Mena stock has seen a strong start since the beginning of 2025, supported by notable buying momentum during January and February, as the stock rose from a level of EGP 4.37 to reach its historical peak at EGP 6.46.
Following this peak, the stock entered a downward corrective wave due to the expansion of profit-taking transactions, while the decline extended from March to June. During this period, the stock tested the EGP 3.90 level and then began to form a bottom for the first time since the beginning of 2025, starting a positive upward rebound supported by high trading volumes.
Since then, and until December, the stock began forming higher lows, indicating a major rebound attempt.
Overall, the current performance summarizes the stock's efforts to regain its main upward trend while maintaining the key support levels.
