Mars Wrigley invests $200m in Egypt

Cairo – Mubasher: The US confectionery manufacturer Mars Wrigley has invested $200 million in the Egyptian market and is looking inject more investments into the most populous Arab nation in the coming two years, Dalia Salib, the country market director, said

This will create more jobs adding to the 20,000 jobs already created by the company directly and indirectly, Salib added in a statement released by the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) on Thursday.

The head of GAFI explored with the company’s officials its plans in the coming period which include injecting more investments and expanding the production lines in its plant in 6th of October City.
