Cairo – Mubasher: Maridive and Oil Services on Wednesday reported a 55% year-on-year rise in net consolidated profit for the first half of 2018, recording $17.08 million from $11.02 million.
Revenues grew to $112.7 million during the six-month period ended June, versus $100.5 million in the prior-year period, the company said in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Meanwhile, standalone profits narrowed to $2 million in H1-18 from $4.2 million in H1-17.
Maridive previously posted a 23.3% year-on-year rise in net consolidated profit for the first quarter of 2018.
Net profits stood at $6.9 million in the three-month period ended March, versus $5.66 million in Q1-17.
