Riyadh - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Makkah Construction and Development Company approved the board’s recommendation to distribute dividends totaling SAR 300 million for 2025.
The group will pay out SAR 1.50 per share, representing 15% of the nominal value of the share, on Monday, 22 Jun 2026.
Last year, the net profits of Makkah Construction reached SAR 474 million, up 15.33% from SAR 411 million in 2024.
