Riyadh - Mubasher: Makkah Construction and Development Company started the electronic voting for its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM), following an initial invitation issued on 21 September 2026.
Shareholders are invited to participate in the meeting, which is scheduled to take place virtually at 7:00 PM on 13 October 2026.
The electronic voting process began at 1:00 AM on 9 October, through the Tadawulaty service. The company confirmed that the voting window will remain open until the conclusion of the OGM.
Registration and voting via the Tadawulaty platform are provided free of charge to all shareholders.
The assembly will feature a live audio and video broadcast to facilitate remote participation. Shareholders may access the voting guide provided by the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) for technical instructions.
