Mubasher: Majid Al Futtaim Properties has launched My City Centre Sur worth OMR 15.2 million ($39.37 million), according to a statement.
Scheduled to be completed by 2018, the mall will offer 16,500 square metres of gross leasable area.
The project launch followed the appointment of Oman Shapoorji Company (OSCO) and Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast (SPML) as the project’s main contractors, the UAE-based company revealed.
