Mubasher: Majan College’s annual ordinary general assembly (OGM), on Tuesday, agreed on distributing cash dividends of 30 baisas per share or 30% of the paid-up capital, totalling OMR 900,000.
The OGM also adopted the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 August 2016, according to a bourse filing released on Wednesday.
