Maharah completes fractional share sale after capital raise

Riyadh – Mubasher: Maharah Human Resources Company has completed the fractional share sale process and the subsequent distribution of proceeds to eligible shareholders.

The company sold 14,224 fractional shares at an average price of SAR 5.02 per share, generating total proceeds of SAR 71,404.

The fractional shares resulted from a capital increase approved during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on 29 June 2026. The sale process was concluded on 2 July 2026, and the resulting funds were deposited into the bank accounts of entitled shareholders on 21 July 2026.

Al Rajhi Bank managed the distribution process, transferring the proceeds directly to the bank accounts linked to shareholders' investment portfolios.

The company advised shareholders who did not receive their payments to visit the nearest Al Rajhi Bank branch or contact the Maharah Human Resources investor relations department.

The capital adjustment is part of the company's broader strategy to strengthen its financial position and support its operational growth within the Saudi labor market.
