Riyadh – Mubasher: Maharah Human Resources Company announced that its associate company, Saudi Health Systems, was awarded a catering and food services contract by the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs on 10 September 2026.
The contract is valued at an amount not exceeding SAR 669.65 million, including value-added tax.
Under the terms of the five-year agreement, Saudi Health Systems will be responsible for the procurement, preparation, management, and operation of food and catering services for National Guard health facilities across the Kingdom.
Maharah holds an indirect 40% stake in Saudi Health Systems through its wholly owned subsidiary, Growth Avenue Investment Company.
The company received the award via email on 16 September. The finalization of the contract remains subject to standard regulatory procedures, including the provision of a final guarantee and formal signing.
Maharah expects the financial impact of the project to be reflected in its share of the associate company's results once implementation begins, with the impact continuing throughout the duration of the contract.
Saudi Health Systems reported audited revenue of SAR 1.05 billion and a net profit of SAR 174.85 million for the fiscal year that ended on 31 December 2025.
